Hi! Long time, no see. So sorry for the radio silence; life’s sure been busy. This site is named www.fitandbusylife.com for a good reason, isn’t it? It’s all about prioritizing the good stuff in and among the best. Six Weeks to Go: Two More Triathlons

Two more Triathlons! I’m in the final six weeks until my first Olympic-distance (aka International-distance) triathlon. The Litchfield Triathlou is on September 11th, and on my way there, I’ll be picking up another sprint-length tri on August 28th, the Chicago Triathlon. FYI: Sprint distance is usually .5-mile swim, 15-mile bike ride, and a 5k. The Olympic distance is usually a 1-mile swim, a 30-mile bike ride, and a 10k.
